ToGlow Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Eligibility
    Products purchased on ToGlowbeauty.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
    To initiate a return:
  • Email contact@toglowbeauty.com within 2 business days after delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective item(s)
  • Our courier will arrange a pickup at your address

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

  1. Change of Mind Returns
  • Email contact@toglowbeauty.com within 2 business days after delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition (including samples and gifts).
  • Partial returns are not accepted. Entire order must be returned.
  1. Refunds
    Once returned items are received and verified:
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 30 business days
  • Actual timing may vary based on your bank's processing time
